A Bit About BWRT
‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a modern model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It uses a totally logical, practical and down-to-earth working method in which it’s not necessary for you to talk about anything you would rather not discuss – the practitioner only needs to know how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead. BWRT® is unlike any other therapy you might have heard of or read about, using the latest discoveries in neuroscience coupled with your own unique brain processes to help you get better. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. Find out more at http://www.bwrt.org
I have been trained personally by Terence Watts.
A Bit About Me
I came to the world of psychotherapy after having been through quite a dark period in my life.
Once I grasped the realisation that I was in control of me and my reactions, my life turned around.
I then decided that I wanted to help others make changes too.
I gained qualifications in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), hypnotherapy and hypnoanalysis. On occasions I use these techniques, but it is BWRT that I love to use.
It is so effective, so fast and so life changing - that it is my turn-to therapy.
I love to engage with my clients and work with them to find out what they want. Often they start by only being able to see what they want to get away from; I help them identify where they want to go to. Then we work together to make the changes.
A Bit About Therapy
At the moment I am doing all my therapy online, using Zoom.
BWRT works very well on this platform.
I offer a free first consultation where we discuss the issues.
I ask lots of questions and we chat about how you have arrived where you are, and where you want to get to.
You can ask me questions too.
After that we have a chat about the best way forward and I can give you some idea of how many sessions I believe it will take.
If it is something like a fear - snakes, spiders, needles, etc, it can often be just one session.
For deeper issues it is likely to be four to six sessions.
BWRT is helpful for dealing with anxiety, phobias, PTSD, depression, low confidence and low self-esteem.
If you would like to chat about the issue you are facing or to find out whether BWRT would work for you, please book an intial FREE consultation either by giving me a call on 07507 312454 or clicking the link below.
